Registration

Each participant should make a registration before attending the conference. All authors of accepted papers must register for the conference by the registration date specific to their final submission and must also attend/present at the meeting.

1. Registration Tips

• 1). When a paper exceeds Six pages, additional pages will be chargeable.
• 2). Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student certification.
• 3). Co-authors who wish to participate can register as listeners. Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners.
• 4). In order to prepare materials for the onsite registrants in advance, please send us the registration form also.
• 5). One author registration covers one paper submission and one author attendance only.
• 6). Property Security Reminder: a). Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone etc.) with you in the public. b). Conference organization is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables of the attendees. c). Wearing your name tag when you enter the meeting room. d). Name tag is not allowed to be lent to other persons. e). Do not bring irrelevant persons into the meeting room.

3. Cancellation Policy

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

• • Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ICPEA Conference Secretary by July 10, 2026, and 30USD bank service charge will incur.
• • Cancellations received after July 10, 2026 but before August 10, 2026; 30% processing fee is required.
• • Cancellations after August 10, 2026 but before September 15, 2026; 50% processing fee is required.
• • Cancellations after September 15, 2026 will NOT be accepted and registration fees will not be refunded.

Personal Reason

The ICPEA 2026 cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to personal reason. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure

The ICPEA 2026 cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to force majeure. Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to force majeure circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.

4. After Registration

• • Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days.
• • If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact the conference secretary immediately.
• • Please bring your registration confirmation and ID to the onsite check-in.

5. Payment Methods

• • Online payment via the registration link (credit card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay).
• • Bank transfer (please contact secretary for bank account details).
• • Onsite payment is available for listeners only (cash or card).
