Call for Tracks

ICPEA 2026 | Hefei, China

We cordially invite leading researchers and experts to propose Invited Tracks for the conference. These tracks are designed to provide a platform for focused discussions on emerging research areas, fostering academic exchange and international collaboration among specialists.

Important Dates

Track Proposal Submission Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis (Early submission is highly encouraged).
Notification of Acceptance Proposals will be reviewed and approved within 7 days of submission.
Track Promotion Approved tracks will be officially featured on the conference website and CFPs.
Full Paper Submission Submission deadline aligns with the Main Conference schedule.
Final Program Release Technical session schedules will be finalized 2 weeks prior to the conference.

Track Guidelines & Expectations

  • • Session Scale: A successful track typically consists of 5-8 or more high-quality papers.
  • • Invited Speakers: Track organizers are encouraged to invite 1-3 or more distinguished scholars for invited talks.
  • • Rigorous Peer Review: All submissions to the tracks will undergo the same stringent peer-review process as regular papers to ensure academic excellence.
  • • Organizer Recognition: An Official Certificate of Appreciation will be awarded to all track organizers. Exceptional tracks will be considered for the Best Track Organizer Award.

Track Proposal Template

Interested organizers are invited to submit their proposal via email to: icpea-contact@academic.net

Please provide the following details in your proposal:

  1. Track Title: A concise and impact-oriented title for the track.
  2. Organizers: Name, Affiliation, Contact Email, and a brief Bio or Homepage URL.
  3. Abstract & Rationale: (Approx. 200 words) Explain the significance of the topic and the intended scope of the track.
  4. List of Topics: Specific technical areas and keywords to be covered.
  5. Potential Contributors: Names of potential authors or confirmed invited speakers.

* The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to coordinate or merge tracks with overlapping topics to maintain the quality and diversity of the conference program.
